From the second we walked in, Gene Panter was on the ball trying to assist us and Tony Plant was a large relief. He wasn't pushy or attempting too difficult to sell. He was just listening to what we had been asking and attempting to provide it. He was extremely friendly and personable, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the 5 hour method.
